Fees for our services are outlined in our pricing packages on the website. By selecting a package, you authorize us to charge the specified monthly fee to your provided payment method. Payments are non-refundable for services already rendered. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' prior written notice to active clients.
You may cancel your service subscription at any time by providing written notice via email to info@financespotwise.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
The website, including its original content, features, functionality, logos, and designs, is owned by Finance Spot Wise and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Credit scores and approvals are determined solely by credit bureaus and lenders.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
